Data is never erased from Bunk1 DB. At the end of the summer there is an "End Year" tool, which transfers all session and cabin information into a camper's history. This history continues to build, and is available at any time. With this data model, it is incredibly easy to track year-to-year attendance for specific campers and for the whole camp!
